While the product overall is good, the user experience and Admin interface leave a lot to be desired.

It is very old, complex, and certainly not user friendly.

Most other products on the market have easy to use menus and interfacing in general. A good example is www.earlyimpact.com

Please improve your interface and general useability....

Hi there

Very timely post.

We are actually hard at work on version 700 at the moment and there will be a number of improvements for the admin interface to streamline workflow and improve ease of use.

We are looking to release version 700 hopefully in the second quarter 2009 at this stage.
