Product reviews add some interaction with and between your customers. They allow your customers to:
- Make reviews on all or selected products
- Make ratings for products
- Display views and ratings from other customers
- See a summary of the ratings
Merchants have these additional facilities:
- Allow reviews to be immediately listed
- Allow only authorized reviews to be displayed
- Send an e-mail to the merchant each time a review is made
- Edit and delete reviews
