At VP-ASP we pride ourselves on our support, for years we’ve been offering free support to customers through our free support points system. Providing this free support is incredibly expensive for us and we have reached a point where 80% of our staff resources are being spent on providing free support.
While this system is great for the customers who are receiving the free support, it means the majority of our customers are missing out on the latest upgrades and modules simply because we don’t have the time to develop them.
Consequently, in order for VP-ASP to remain one of the most powerful and feature rich shopping carts on the market we have launched a new range of products which we are calling our 'Business Ready Plans'.
Our Business Ready Plans are a pay monthly, fully hosted all-in-one ecommerce solution and because they are hosted and maintained by us, we offer free support for the lifetime of the contract.
Switching to a Business Ready Plan from your existing shopping cart package is easy and comes with a great range of benefits.
For our open source shopping cart customers, any free support points remaining on accounts will expire at the end of June 2012.
Any purchased supports points will remain valid until 12 months from the date of purchase, as agreed at the time of sale.
For future purchases of supports points, the same pricing structure applies (visit our Support Points
page for more info) however these will now have a 30 day expiry period rather than the 12 months offered previously.
After reviewing the support pricing structure of our competitors we are pleased to confirm that we still offer the best value support system in the open source shopping cart market.
With the new supports points system in place we can concentrate on making VP-ASP version 8.0 a market leading shopping cart packed with features which will put your store head and shoulders above the competition.
