New TLS PCI compliance changes and VPCart
New PCI compliance changes are coming into force in June 2016 regarding TLS settings on servers.
VPCart will be changing how our payment gateway and real-time shipping modules connect to retrieve and pass data in accordance with these changes in version VPCart 8.5.
If your server has had TLS 1.0 and 1.1 disabled already you can download the module to allow you to update your site from our Version 8 Download Center.
If your server is 2008 or earlier you will need to move your site to a new version to ensure smooth operation after June2016.
All new servers brought online by VPCart are now Windows Server 2012 to ensure that our customers will be compatible moving forward.
