Issue With Latest Windows update KB3104002

Recently, Microsoft Corporation has been rolling out multiple updates. However, this particular update called Cumulative Security Update KB3104002 has been known to cause conflicts in the Windows 2012 and Windows 2008 Servers. According to https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/security/ms15-124, the security update addresses the vulnerabilities by:

• Modifying how the Internet Explorer, VBScript, and certain functions handle objects in memory,
• Preventing the xss filter in Internet Explorer from incorrectly disabling the HTML attributes,
• Helping to ensute that the Internet Explorer properly enforces content types, and
• Helping to ensute that the cross-domain policies are properly enforced in Internet Explorer.

It is now known, that the KB3104002 updates the VBScript.dll and JSCript.dll which are part of Classic ASP. Also, a representative for Microsoft Corporation has confirmed that the cause of the problem has been identified and that they are currently working on a fix.

Common error messages that arises with KB3104002 updates are the following:
a) Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8' Object required: 'UploadRequest.Item ….
b) <form method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" action="...">

and you will not be able to upload images through your website (s) running on Windows Servers 2008 and 2012.
