Google is shortly going to be changing their product feed requirements so we have created a helpnote on how to change the SEO Toolkit to ensure everyone is covered for when this goes live.
How to include UPC to Google Product Feed
Basically by default we send the catalogid as the UPC. The helpnote will walk you through how to change this field to something different which will be accepted by Google.
