Add text into your QR Code

Following on from yesterdays post I have had a bit more fun with this and found another site that allows you to add a word into the QR code.The site is http://mojiq.kazina.com/
If anyone is already using QR codes in your marketing it would be great to get some feedback.
Apparently Kmart and Macys are both now heavily into using QR codes in their stores.
