I've searched the forums for causes and solutions. I've turned off the friendly error messages and I still get this error:

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

The URL is www.radfusion.com/shopping/

I've gone over my shop$config.asp file many times. I've got a version for testing locally (works perfect) and one I use remotely at the above site.

I've had others look at my remote IIS7 settings and it is pointing to the correct folder. Same IIS7 settings for local.

Good news is that I've manage to publish my local tables and data remotely. All I need now is to get the remote ASP code working. This seems to be a setup issue, it must be something obvious I'm missing.

Do I need to comment the xdblocation or is that something only for Access (which I don't use)?

try using netscape or firefox; that'll usually give a better error message (it might be the browser, or the server which is causing the "unfriendly" error message) - once you've got the real error message you'll then be able to get an idea of where to look

Thanks for the reply. Found the problem was my IIS7 needed to have "browse directory" set. And wait 15 minutes for the settings to take (now you know why I loathe web interfaces! <bg>)
