Can anyone help me with how to go about setting up the shipping, the clients policies are as follows:

Shipping Costs
All merchandise shipped in the continental US is shipped via Fed Ex Standard Ground, unless otherwise requested.
Pre-Tax Order Total Standard Shipping
Up to $25 $4.95
25.01-50 $6.95
50.01-75 $8.95
75.01-100 $9.95
100.01-150 $11.95
150.01 + $12.95
Premium 2-Day Delivery
Add $6.00 to Standard Shipping costs. In stock merchandise is processed each working day (Mon - Fri) at 2PM and shipped each working day at 5PM. If you order after 2PM, your order will be processed and shipped the next working day. All orders are subject to credit approval.
Express Overnight Delivery
Add $11.00 to Standard Shipping costs. In stock merchandise is processed each working day (Mon - Fri) at 2PM and shipped each working day at 5PM. If you order after 2PM, your order will be processed and shipped the next working day. All orders are subject to credit approval.
