I am now getting this error when a new customer tries to create an account
ADODB.Recordset error ''800a0cc1''

Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.

/shopcustregister.asp, line 329
it seems to be looking for a License or something that''s not in the DB
Any ideas?

Check if you actually have the field in the database.
Use the following page in your administration:

shopa_tableselectbulk.asp

then choose the customers table.

slide the display to see the last column on the right.

licencesfld is the last record in my table and maybe yours didn''t copy when you upgraded.

if you used MySQL as a database, then the error seem related with windows and MySQL version
