I''ve send this to Support but would also like to share this in case someone has had similar experience or know how to prevent this.
just today, we noticed someone - with fake address - putting in a massive num of orders. By massive, it''s as per pic.. It looks like those orders - containing similar items - were pushed in via a script.
I tried to block the Customer acct used to place this order, but apparently that resulted in a new Customer - having the same name - being created - and then the scripted orders continue spamming in.
For now, I''ve set the store to catalog-only mode and that obviously has stemmed the spamming but curious if anyone has any input? :P
