 Error while importing products

Hi,

While importing product records from a csv file i am getting the following error.

ADODB.Field error ''800a0bcd''

Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.

/xtremeservices/shopa_import.asp, line 656

I have followed the steps in the guide below to setup the csv file.

Might be i am doing something wrong? Anyone met with this same error and know how to fix it?

Dear Madison,

Please open a helpdesk ticket including the csv file that you are trying to upload, ftp details and your VPCart admin login details and we can troubleshoot the issue from our end.

Meanwhile you can try importing the data after updating vpcart to latest version.
