Hi guys,

I have a hosting account with VPCart with mail hosted externally. My email provider asked to update the SPF record and provided the details. How to add/modify the SPF record. Is it done via the plesk control panel? Please let me know.

Dear Madison,

If your website is using our default nameservers you can add the SPF record via plesk control panel. Otherwise please contact your external DNS service provider to update the SPF record. The following helpnote will help you to add SPF record via plesk control panel.
