Hi,

All the major shopping carts have option to track the delivery of the product, once ordered. So the customers know whether the product is packed, shipped etc. How we can do the same with VPCart. Is there is any help guide for the same.

You can configure tracking from VPCart admin and able to update customers about the status of order. Also customers can contact back to you. Please refer the following tutorials for more details.
