How to get dynamic title and meta tags generated for each product page?

I have the xdynamictitle= yes and update the shoppage_header.htm and still does not work.

in my opinion, you should edit each products in your backend, and you should fill in fields as follow :
cname - this displayed as meta title
cdescription - as meta description
keywords - as meta keywords
i hope you understand what i explaining.

I did that but it still does not work. Is there any thing in the setup or variables that I need to swith on or off?
