I have xproducthandling set to cover cost of shipping supplies for my physical products. I need to add digital products to my inventory, but of course handling should not apply to those products. What is the best way to do this?

reading from your post, you are seem to have custom code for this purpose. i dont think the xproducthandling can differentiate normal product and digital product.
