1. If your V9 version is 9.0.0.1.2019.06.11.01 and earlist, please do the following:
1.a. Backup the following VPCart files:
- shopmodules_include.asp
- templates/default/shoppage_trailer.htm
- templates/default/shopfrontpage_trailer.htm

1.a.1. Open the file shopmodules_include.asp with your favorite editor and

4. After setup the module, would be redirected Module configuration page for configure the module

NOTE:
- You would need to have a site ID and Code Plan
- Register at https://www.comm100.com/
- Login to https://comm100.com/secure/login.aspx then go to Dashboard > Get Code (to get Site ID and Code Plan.)

MOBILE VIEW ENHANCEMENT:
========================
For mobile view, the live chat button is smaller at the bottom and take little space.
Maybe some link/section of the web cannot be seen because you cannot hide the button, but usually it is only the footer section.
However you can do customisation regarding button size if you think the chat button is too big or small.
Please do following steps:

Step 1. Login to https://www.comm100.com/secure/login.aspx
Step 2. Login with your email and password.
Step 3. Go to menu Customization > Chat Button
In this step you can change chat button image from gallery or choose from your own image in your computer.
Note that smaller image desktop will display smaller view in mobile too.

Step 4. Click Save
